plethora of financing and grant options to help pay for
college. In all, the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher
Education sponsor 10 programs to assist students with
funding school. These programs include:

The state also sponsors a program for eligible
individuals who have been or are in the Oklahoma
Department of Human Services foster care program. The
Independent Living Act waives qualifying students’
tuition fees.
To apply for the majority of the student aid programs,
students must complete and submit a Free Application for
Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This can be done via the
Internet at the U.S. Department of Education’s Web site
or through regular mail service. Additional application
