 Alternative Student Loans for College Education

 

B Financial Aid Glossary and related terms

B's

B.A. or B.S.: Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science. These two educational titles can be established at most 4 year colleges.

Bachelor's Degree: An educational title handed out with a productive conclusion of student studying for their first degree at an university or 4 year college. Also known as a baccalaureate degree.

Base year: For necessary evaluation intentions, the twelve-month period after the award year is known as the base year. Let's say, 2004 is going to be the base year and the year 2005-2006 would be the award year.

Borrower-Specific Deferment: Suggests to the deferred student loans and other loan obligation that suitability aimed at suspension should be for every advance, not just concentrating on individual advances. Let's say, a debtor has consumed the entire twenty-four months of residency postponement won't be permitted for another residency postponement.

Budget: A structured plan of managing money. Planning how to utilize your Education Loans - paying them back and sticking to that plan.

Business Assets: Belongings that are expended in a process of buying and selling, with records, owned land, structures, mechanism, exclusive right to market inventory, license to sell company's products, and copyrights. Consideration in defining an Expected Family Contribution

Byrd Scholarship: Scholarships meant for exceptional high school students, which is federally sponsored and merit-based.
